Letter from Company President

My name is Ryan Levesque, Managing Partner for Tri Bri Ventures, LLC an Arizona Limited Liability Company and President of dba, Tri Bri Community Management.

I had a vision and desire to start a company that prided itself on first rate customer service for community residents and the Board of Directors that a management company serves.  Having experienced first hand the trials and tribulations of ensuring that a management company will work for you rather than against you, I set my goals on making that difference through effective management tools, immediate response, provide conflict resolution, and eliminate the negligence that comes from a company which only provides the necessary amount of involvement, rather than going above and beyond.

My experience comes from a background in architecture with an Urban Planning degree and over 10 years of experience in city government with community development ( adopting zoning regulations, development review, inspections, enforcement, etc.).  I equate a Home Owner’s Association a lot like city government only on a finite level. The Association (like a city) is governed by the recorded Covenants Constraints & Restrictions, CC&Rs (City Code) and through this document, elects its Board of Directors (City Council) to guide the neighborhood (town). Similar to city staff, the Management Company is responsible for enforcing the adopted regulations, provide a balanced budget, and ensure the community is well maintained.  We hope you take this opportunity to show how a 21st century company can excel your Association into a pride-of-ownership community .
